DESCRIPTION
Description and condition
BMW 428i xDrive Coupé in Modern Line with the 2.0-litre N20 turbo engine, 245 hp, 8-speed Steptronic and xDrive all-wheel drive. First registered 03/2015, Euro 6, per the registration document 6.7 l/100 km combined and 157 g/km CO2.
One owner, mileage 180,026 km (L.T.). Paint Cashmere Silver metallic (BMW paint code A72), a light silver with a warm champagne tone, beige leather. Two keys.
Freshly serviced: on 05.10.2026 all oils were changed: engine, transfer case, front and rear differential. On 06.10.2026 a new front differential was fitted, and the test drive on 07.10.2026 showed no faults. According to the iDrive service display the next oil service is due 05/2028 or in 23,000 km, brake fluid 05/2028, front brake pads good for about 28,000 km, rear about 45,000 km.
Before handover the car gets a new German MOT (HU/AU), valid for two years.
The interior has been professionally detailed. Non-smoking car, no odours. The coupé runs on 18-inch alloy wheels with summer tyres, about 6 mm of tread. The tyres are older and the rubber has hardened, but they are usable.
The body shows signs of use and damage, in some places the paint is chipped down to the base. Every known spot is listed below, most of them with photos in the gallery. We can show you the dent on the bonnet on site. Nothing will be repaired before the sale, and the price reflects this.
Sold under the margin scheme of § 25a UStG, VAT cannot be shown separately. Export is possible and we help with the paperwork.

STATUTORY GUARANTEE
Your rights when you buy
A statutory guarantee of two years from handover applies to all goods. It costs you nothing: if the vehicle has a defect that was already present at handover, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, should that fail, to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract.
For used vehicles this period may be shortened to one year from handover, and with our own used cars we regularly do so. The shortening is valid only if we tell you expressly before the contract is concluded and you agree to it separately; it therefore stands as a clause of its own in the contract and is signed separately there. Without that agreement, two years remain.
If a defect appears within one year of handover, it is presumed to have been present at handover. During that period the burden of proof is not on you.
A commercial guarantee is something else: it is voluntary, it comes on top and it does not limit these rights.
