SERVICES
What actually helps,
and what is just expensive.
Ceramic over weathered paint only preserves the bad condition. We say beforehand in which order it is worth doing.
Paint correction
Polishing the paint, removing swirls and scratches, then sealing. We measure the paint thickness before we cut anything back.
Interior
Seats in fabric or leather, carpets and mats, dashboard and trim. Leather care and upholstery cleaning as separate treatments.
Glass
Cleaned inside and out, with a water-repellent coating on request. In rain and at night that is a safety gain, not a luxury.
Engine bay
Cleaning the engine bay and its components, care for rubber seals and plastics. It matters before a sale and before any honest inspection.
Smell and hygiene
Removing unpleasant smells from the cabin, interior disinfection. A car that smells of smoke or dog is a price reduction at resale.
Wax and ceramic
High-performance waxes for a season, ceramic coatings for considerably longer. We say honestly when the second is worth it and when it is not.
Protection
Sealing the wheels against baked-on brake dust, care and protection for the exterior plastics.

Tell us the car
Model and condition, ideally with a few photos in daylight. We then place it in a size group.
Confirm the appointment
You get the scope, the price and the duration in writing first. Detailing is a full day's work, not something squeezed in.
Inspection at the car
Paint thickness, scratch depth, condition of leather and upholstery. Only then is it clear what makes sense.
Handover in good light
We go through the result together in good light before you get the keys back.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What customers ask us on the phone.
Detailing is a matter of trust, and most questions are about what is realistic. Here are the honest answers.
Will every scratch come out?
No. Polishing removes clear coat, and a scratch only disappears if it is shallower than the layer we can safely take off. If your fingernail catches in it, it is usually too deep. We measure the paint thickness and tell you beforehand what will remain.
How often can a car be polished?
Only a limited number of times. Clear coat is forty to sixty micrometres thick depending on the manufacturer, and every polish takes some of it. So we polish as little as possible and as much as necessary, rather than running the full stage every visit.
How long does a coating last?
A high-performance wax lasts about a season. A ceramic coating lasts one to three years depending on care. Both last considerably less if the car goes through a brush car wash.
Is ceramic worth it on an older car?
Only after correction. A coating preserves the condition the paint is in right now. On weathered paint that means sealing the swirls in with it. Correct first, then coat, otherwise the money is badly spent.
How long does detailing take?
A working day, and longer for the three-stage polish. It cannot be squeezed between two other jobs, so we schedule it properly and you will need another vehicle for the day.
