Engine software
We read the current software and adjust the engine maps. Diagnostics help establish what can be changed. We discuss power figures for your particular vehicle, rather than promise the same gain for every car.

More pulling power when overtaking, a different throttle response or better-suited shift points: tell us what you would like to change. We then check the engine, gearbox and software version and explain which work is possible.

Different goals call for different adjustments. Your engine, the condition of the car and how you drive all matter. If there is a mechanical problem, repairs come first.

This focuses on torque delivery at low and medium engine speeds. Any fuel saving also depends on your routes, the load you carry and how you drive.
For drivers looking for more power and a more direct throttle response. We agree the scope based on the engine, gearbox and any existing modifications.
Shift behaviour and torque limits need to suit the engine calibration. We check which adjustments are supported by your gearbox and its control unit.
We read fault codes and measured values and check the current software version. You can also book this separately if the car feels down on power or displays a fault.
We program control units and configure supported functions or retrofits. The options depend on the model generation, equipment and software version.
IN THE WORKSHOP
These photos show our work on the car and on a removed control unit. The connection method depends on the unit. Not every software job can be done through the car’s diagnostic socket.

We establish the engine version, any previous modifications and what you want to change. We run diagnostics and check the software version, then discuss any issues before programming.
Where technically possible, we back up the existing software. Depending on the control unit, we work on the car or connect the removed unit on the bench.
We check fault codes, functions and relevant measured values again. We explain which software changes were made and what you need to know about your car.
A LOOK AT THE WORK
Our photos show different jobs on engine and gearbox controls. The hardware fitted to your car determines which steps are needed.

Here, a removed control unit is connected to the programming equipment with individual leads.

The necessary connections are made before reading the software. This photo shows work in the engine bay of a BMW.
Give us an example: not enough pulling power, inconvenient shift points or a wish for more performance. A fault warning, hesitation or loss of power needs diagnosis first. Different software cannot replace a repair.
NEXT STEP
Send us the model, year, engine version and any known modifications. We can then discuss the options and the next step. The detailed section has the tuning options, prices and enquiry form, as well as information about inspection and registration of the changes.
