When you ask us to support your purchase, we stay with you through to handover. We call the dealer, conduct the negotiations, follow up on questions about the car and check the paperwork. We handle the agreed steps here in Germany and keep you informed. You decide whether to buy.
Before we start, we agree on the services included. In some cases we ask for an advance payment of €200: if it comes to an inspection, we credit it towards the inspection fee; otherwise we keep it for the time spent. We then walk you through the next step, the documents needed and what timeline to expect.
How it works
- You send the search profile below. We get back to you within one working day and clear up open points.
- We search dealers, lease returns, auctions and private sellers in Germany and across the EU.
- You receive matching candidates with photos, history and our honest assessment, weaknesses included.
- A master mechanic inspects the car of your choice on site: diagnostics, paint measurement, test drive.
- We negotiate the price and handle the purchase contract, the invoice and the paperwork for registration or export.
- Handover at our premises, delivery to you, or handover to the transport company.
What it costs
For the search, the inspection and the handling we charge a fixed commission, and we tell you the amount before we start. If the car does not suit you after the inspection, the next inspection is charged again. In some cases we ask for an advance payment of €200: if it comes to an inspection, we credit it towards the inspection fee; otherwise we keep it for the time spent. The purchase price of the vehicle, transport, plates and taxes are separate and are named to you in advance.
What you get from us
