Your contact on the ground in Germany
When you ask us to support your purchase, we stay with you through to handover. We call the dealer, conduct the negotiations, follow up on questions about the car and check the paperwork. We handle the agreed steps here in Germany and keep you informed. You decide whether to buy.
Before we start, we agree on the services included. In some cases we ask for an advance payment of €200: if it comes to an inspection, we credit it towards the inspection fee; otherwise we keep it for the time spent. We then walk you through the next step, the documents needed and what timeline to expect.
How buying with us works

Enquiry and agreement
Send us a listing or describe the car you want. We agree on the work and its cost before we start.

Search and inspection
We check the details with the seller and inspect the selected car in person. You receive the report and decide whether to buy.

Purchase and paperwork
Once you approve, we handle the purchase and the documents needed to register or export the car.

Collection or delivery
We arrange the handover: you collect the car from the seller yourself on temporary plates, or it is handed over to your carrier.
Costs agreed before we start
For a vehicle search, we tell you the fixed fee before we start. If the car does not suit you after the inspection, the next inspection is charged again. The car, transport, plates and taxes are agreed separately. We confirm which individual services you need and their total cost in writing before starting work.
A qualified mechanic drives to the car, checks the technology and the paint, measures coating thickness, reads the control units, takes it for a test drive and sends you a report and photos from the appointment. The price is the travel costs plus the inspection.

Negotiation
If we negotiate a reduction for you, we keep half of it. Example: the car costs 20,000 €, we get 1,000 € off, and 500 € of that goes to us.
Check without a visit
If you are buying yourself and only need backup, we check from a distance. We look at up to three adverts, call the seller up to twice and go through the documents the seller sends by email: what is there and what is missing. You get the result one to two working days after payment, and you can order the check on the inspection page.

Either through one of the hauliers we have worked with for years, or with our own transport. We pass on the hauliers' contact details once the purchase contract is in place.

VAT on export
The VAT refund on export is normally set out in the purchase contract. We clarify it with the seller when the contract is concluded and explain beforehand how it works in your case.
