Paint thickness all round 140 to 180 µm.
Compression checked, in order.
All six injectors are of the latest revision.
Injector correction values unremarkable.

20.04.2009 at 28,332 km: brake fluid changed.

06.04.2011 at 65,784 km: brake fluid changed.

30.04.2012 at 73,423 km: front brake discs and pads replaced.

30.04.2012 at 73,423 km: automatic transmission seal replaced, oil pan with filter and transmission fluid renewed.

29.05.2012 at 73,545 km: NOx sensor replaced.

12.11.2012 at 77,175 km: engine oil, oil filter and microfilter changed.

14.02.2022 at 197,868 km: heater control cable replaced.

2025: brake lines repaired.

No maintenance work is recorded in the BMW system after 11/2012. There is no service book.

The seller is the owner of the vehicle, not us. The contract of sale is concluded solely between you and the owner; we broker the sale and take no share of the purchase price.

If the owner is a private individual, liability for defects is excluded in the contract of sale. The two-year statutory guarantee that applies when buying from a dealer does not apply here. Liability for fraudulently concealed defects and for expressly warranted characteristics remains (§ 444 German Civil Code).

If the owner is a business, the statutory guarantee applies. For used vehicles it is regularly shortened to one year from handover by express, separate agreement (§ 476 (2) German Civil Code). You learn who sells and on what terms before the contract is concluded.
