The handover is the moment an offer becomes your vehicle. We walk through the car together, record its condition in writing and hand over every document you need for registration, insurance or export. Nothing is promised verbally and remembered differently later.

What you receive at handover

The purchase contract, with the agreed condition as binding quality
A handover record listing mileage, number of keys and every known defect
Registration documents part I and II, where they exist
Service book, inspection reports and any invoices on file
A wear-parts checklist with an honest assessment of their condition
All keys and any extras included, such as the second set of wheels
For export: export papers, the arrival confirmation or a registration power of attorney

We agree a time and place and send the documents ahead for you to read

A final check at the car together, you compare its condition against the record

Payment by the agreed route, signatures on the contract and the record

Keys, papers and extras pass to you; we help with deregistration and registration

TRANSPARENZ

Your rights stay intact

The two-year statutory guarantee applies whatever the handover record says; on used vehicles it can be shortened to one year only where this is pointed out beforehand and agreed separately. If the contract is concluded remotely, by phone, e-mail or messenger, you also have fourteen days to withdraw. Known defects are written down before you sign, not after.
